Suspect Sought in H&R Death, Injuries

San Bernardino County sheriff's investigators Sunday asked for the public's help in finding a motorist who ran over two pedestrians in Muscoy, one of whom later died of his injuries.

David Daniel Ortiz, 29, of Moreno Valley, was pronounced dead at 7 p.m., Saturday, about two hours after he and another man were run down by a green Chevrolet Tahoe, according to sheriff's officials.

The hit-and-run occurred in the 2400 block of West Third Avenue in Muscoy, officials said, adding that the suspect vehicle was a model from the late 1990s.

The other man -- his name was not released -- was hospitalized Sunday and was listed in stable condition.

I have seen this bumper on Tahoes its not stock, and it looks good with the clear lights but i dont know what its called it has no black rubber line across it...help!

I'm not sure what it's called either. I would try visiting the aftermarket shops that do customizing and ask them. Or ask the driver of the Tahoe that you like where they got it. Good lluck
