In response, the British car brand announced a limited edition Continental Supersports Convertible ISR (standing for ‘Ice Speed Record’) as a permanent reminder of the achievement.

Limited to just 100 units, the luxury convertible made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March, and whilst its true power can only be experienced out in the elements, the model still turned plenty of heads during the prestigious event.

The car’s credentials speak for themselves. Powered by a 631bhp 6.0 litre twin-turbo W12 engine, it accelerates from 0-60mph in 3.8 seconds, and reaches 100mph in 9.5 seconds.

The fastest convertible car that Bentley has produced is this Continental Supersports Convertible which produces 630 PS/621 BHP/463 KW from a twin turbo W12 engine going zero to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 202 mph. To accommodate for the fast speed carbon ceramic brakes have been equipped for safety which also weighs less than the previous model. Quickshift transmission also makes acceleration easy and swift aiding the up shifting.
